Cleaver Fulton Rankin’s highly regarded team has considerable experience acting for both private and public bodies in both contentious and non-contentious procurement matters. Our highly experienced team provides strategic and efficient solutions for a wide range of clients including tenderers, contracting authorities, utilities, local authorities and other public bodies.

Contentious work includes both advancing and defending challenges across a whole host of industry sectors. The team have experience in settling matters at an early stage through negotiated settlements right through to running highly complex litigation. The team also carry out watching briefs for many clients allowing them to keep abreast of any challenges without becoming directly involved in the litigation.

Non-contentious work includes drafting and advising contracting authorities in respect of notices, tender documentation and processes. Additionally the team regularly carries out due diligence on tender documents for economic operators and assist in tendering strategies and clarification of tender documents

Why Us?

The team is headed by Lisa Boyd who has recently completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Public Procurement Law and Policy at the University of Nottingham, making her one of the few solicitors, if not the only solicitor, with this qualification in Northern Ireland. Lisa has also recently won the Women in Business Award for Professional Services.
