Our family law team ensure that clients receive a sympathetic but practical approach to resolving difficulties and issues surrounding the family. Our team appreciate that when issues arise regarding the family it is a stressful time for many and it is our aim to guide our clients through the process as sensitively as possible.

A negotiated settlement is normally preferred, but where this is not possible we have the experience and resources to manage a case through to its conclusion in the Courts. We are experienced in handling large matrimonial assets and, where necessary, we can and will take action to protect both our client’s assets and
well being.

Our team also has extensive experience in child abduction matters under the Hague Convention.Furthermore, we can offer advice and assistance on any sort of relocation issue should it arise. We understand that it is in all parties’ best interests for such proceedings to be dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
