PFI/PPP Projects
The PFI/PPP Projects team has an established reputation and depth of experience advising on construction, property development and infrastructure projects within PFI and PPP as well as the more traditional procurement methods. The team, lead by Patrick Fleming, has particular expertise in acting for private sector bidders and funders.
The team has extensive experience in acting in PFI/PPP as lead advisors in conjunction with lawyers from outside Northern Ireland and work as a united team to provide a fully integrated service to clients. Clients range from SPV bidders and financial institutions to local education boards and local councils.
