- drafting security documentation for financial institutions entering the NI mortgage lending market

Our dedicated team of legal executives specialise in the perfection of securities for volume domestic and commercial mortgage lending.
We have advised lenders and borrowers on significant Property Finance transactions and Project Finance for Energy and PFI/PPP projects.
The Unit has particular expertise and a growing reputation relating to our specialist advice on the application of local laws to securitisation and asset finance transactions and is regularly retained as Northern Ireland counsel to the lead banks, the vendors or purchasers of asset portfolios or bond issues.
