Our Family Law team ensure clients receive a sympathetic but practical approach to resolving the issues in dispute. Normally, a negotiated settlement is preferred, however if that is not possible, then we have the experience and resources to manage cases to a conclusion through the Courts. The team also has several years experience in cases of international child abduction. Such cases are usually complex and require immediate action on the part of the legal representative.
