Our team members have a broad range of experience in dealing with issues relevant to insolvency law and each member of the team has Professional 1 and 2 qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
We can advise you on corporate rescues and reconstructions, formal insolvencies including administrations, receiverships and liquidation, cross border insolvency, workouts and rescue and individual or partnership insolvencies.

- Michael Neill has recently advised the Administrators of Budget DIY Ltd, Norex Hire (Rail) Ltd and Reid Transport Ltd.
- Michael Neill advised on the successful restructuring of the Rankin Group of cafes/restaurants.
- We have also advised the major creditors of Coleraine Football Club (in Administration), Shop Electric Ltd (in Administration) and Thermomax Ltd (in Administration). We are currently the lead advisor to Invest NI.
- We are consistently acting on behalf of local Trustees and Liquidators and also represent directors in respect of proceedings commenced under the Company Direct Disqualification (NI) Order 2002.
