Timothy joined the Private Client department upon qualification having undertaken his training contract at Cleaver Fulton Rankin. Timothy studied at the University of Manchester and the College of Law, Chester and is qualified to practice in both Northern Ireland and England and Wales.
Timothy carries out work in relation to the drafting of wills and the administration of estates as well as matters relating to capacity such as Enduring Powers of Attorney and other applications to the Office of Care and Protection.
Timothy was elected Chair of the Northern Ireland Young Solicitors’ Association in January 2015 and in June 2014 Timothy was elected Secretary of the Executive Committee of the European Young Bar Association, a not-for-profit, multinational young lawyers association founded in 1993 to encourage links between young lawyers throughout Europe.
As well as singing in a choir, in his spare time Timothy is an avid Softball player and is a former Chairman of Softball Ulster.
