Rachael studied Law with Politics  at Queen’s University in Belfast graduating in June 2011, before obtaining her Certificate of Professional Legal Studies, with Distinction, in June 2015.

Rachael gained pre-qualification experience working as a Legal Executive in a local law firm before going on to complete her training contract at Cleaver Fulton Rankin.

Upon qualification, Rachael joined the Dispute Resolution department as a Solicitor where in addition to general commercial litigation, her main focuses are on contentious trusts and probate litigation, commercial property litigation, contentious banking disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence and family matters.

Rachael recently became a Certified Member of The Mediator’s Institute of Ireland, after obtaining her qualification with the MII.

Rachael has been a representative of the Northern Ireland Young Solicitors’ Association since 2014 and is the current Treasurer of the 2016 Committee.
