Paul Tohill has been appointed as an Associate in the Dispute Resolution department at Cleaver Fulton Rankin. Prior to completing a degree in Law at Queen’s University, Belfast, followed by the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London, Paul completed his primary degree in Architecture as well as a Master’s degree in Project Management, also at Queen’s University, Belfast.
Paul is a qualified solicitor and practises in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and England & Wales. He specialises in construction, with in depth non-contentious knowledge and experience of all major forms of standard form construction contracts, and contentious construction experience, acting in complex, high value disputes referred to mediation / conciliation, adjudication and arbitration, as well as court proceedings.
Paul advises a range of public and private sector clients, from education and healthcare providers to funders of private commercial developments and developers.
