Maria studied at University of Ulster, Jordanstown. She attended the Institute of Professional Legal Studies and was admitted as a Solicitor in Northern Ireland in 2011. During her time at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies, Maria was awarded the Law Society Prize in Professional Conduct.
Prior to joining Cleaver Fulton Rankin Maria worked for a Belfast charitable organisation. She was one of two Solicitors involved in successfully implementing a pilot project providing legal advice and representation in the High Court and County Courts in contentious repossession cases.
Since joining Cleaver Fulton Rankin in November 2015, Maria works within the firm’s Litigation Department. In addition to advising on general Commercial Litigation, her main areas of work include debt recovery, mortgage repossession and insolvency matters.
