Jonathan, a graduate of Queen’s University Belfast, completed his professional training with the Law Centre (NI) before joining the Employment & Equality Department at Cleaver Fulton Rankin in February 2013.
Jonathan provides advice and representation for both employers and employees on a broad range of employment law issues such as contracts, policies & procedures, redundancy situations, unfair dismissal, TUPE situations and discrimination, equality and diversity. Jonathan regularly provides advice to a number of public sector employers as well as many limited companies, educational bodies and charity organisations and always seeks to tailor his approach to meet each client’s particular needs.
Jonathan, a member of the Employment Lawyers Group of Northern Ireland, has written a number of articles on important employment law issues for employers and has delivered many training seminars for employers on a range of issues.
In his spare time Jonathan enjoys coaching junior swimmers at City of Belfast Swimming Club.
