Bronagh is an Associate Solicitor in the Property Department and has wide ranging experience in all aspects of non-contentious commercial and residential property law. Bronagh is qualified to practice in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Bronagh acts for clients in the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold properties, looking after every aspect from title reviews to due diligence for major transactions and projects. Bronagh also offers advice to both Landlords and Tenants in relation to commercial leasehold properties.
Bronagh is well versed in all aspects of domestic property law to include sales and purchases of residential property, remortgage transactions and advice under the private tenancies legislation.
Bronagh acts for major developers in respect of residential housing and apartment developments and deals with all matters from scheme set up to individual site sales.
Away from the office Bronagh is a keen runner and has completed two marathons. She also enjoys travelling as much as possible.
