Kathleen is a dual qualified solicitor practicing in both Northern Ireland, and in England and Wales. After qualifying in 2012, Kathleen worked at an international law firm for six years before joining the team at Cleaver Fulton Rankin.
Kathleen has a wide range of experience advising clients across all types of non-contentious commercial property transactions including landlord and tenant matters, sales and acquisitions, property investment and asset management, property finance, and the property aspects of corporate transactions. This experience spans numerous sectors including retail, commercial development, public sector and renewable energy.
Kathleen is a committee member of Women in Property Northern Ireland.
Prior to studying law, Kathleen graduated with First Class Honours from the Royal Scottish Conservatoire where she completed a music performance degree playing the violin. Kathleen continues to perform regularly as a violinist with both the Arco String Quartet and the Belfast Pops Orchestra.
