Timothy joined the Private Client department upon qualification having undertaken his training contract at Cleaver Fulton Rankin. Timothy studied at the University of Manchester and the College of Law, Chester and is qualified to practice in both Northern Ireland and England and Wales.
Timothy’s main work is in relation to the drafting of wills and the administration of estates as well as matters relating to capacity such as Enduring Powers of Attorney and other applications to the Office of Care and Protection.
Away from work Timothy enjoys singing in a choir and is an avid Softball player, he is currently Chairman of Softball Ulster.
