Michael is an Associate Solicitor in the Litigation department. He deals with the full range of commercial litigation matters.
His experience encompasses professional negligence, admiralty actions, disclosure applications, dilapidation claims, third party intervener application and partnership disputes.
Michael’s particular area of interest and expertise lies in contentious intellectual property law to include intellectual property disputes involving trademarks, patents, copyright, branding, passing off and internet/domain name disputes. He regularly advises a wide range of clients on what action can be taken if their intellectual property has been infringed or allegations are being made about infringement.
He regularly delivers presentations and seminars on intellectual property and gives advice to stakeholders.
When not at work, Michael is a keen golfer with a respectable handicap. Other hobbies include cooking, reading and travelling as widely as possible.
