Claire advises clients on a variety of Planning and Environmental issues, both contentious and non contentious, including noise and dogs prosecutions, data protection and freedom of information, landfill directive, obligations arising out of the Climate Change Act and relevant European Directives. Claire also represents clients at Inquiries and Tribunals.
Claire also has advised on employment related matters, including contracts, procedures and policies, dismissals and redundancies, unlawful discrimination, Section 75 duties and TUPE matters.
