Aaron’s adopts a hands on approach when advising leading financial institutions on contentious banking disputes including issues such as duress, undue influence and professional negligence within his role as Associate Solicitor in our Debt Recovery and Dispute Resolution team.
In addition, Aaron's keen interest in motor vehicles, motorcycles and all things mechanically propelled allows him to passionately advise leading automotive manufacturers in disputed product liability claims. He is currently involved in several high value commercial disputes listed in the Commercial Court.
Aaron also advises a range of clients in contested property matters such as dilapidations disputes, adverse possession, rent recovery and forfeiture as well as advising generally on commercial disputes.
Outside of work Aaron takes his stresses out on the tag rugby pitch and works alongside Impact Romania, providing construction projects and medical intervention for the benefit of children in Romania.
