Sarah is well versed in all aspects of corporate law having worked in London, Northwest England and Northern Ireland. She recently joined our commercial department as an Associate although still retains her practising certificate for England and Wales. She enjoys advising clients with business in several locations as well as those closer to home.
Sarah’s working day revolves around all aspects of company and commercial law. She has extensive experience in all types of corporate transactional work including management buy-outs, management by-ins and M&As. Sarah has also assisted in advising on a number of the PFI/PPP Projects completed to date in Northern Ireland.
Beyond work Sarah utilises all her organisational skills keeping track of her young children who delight in keeping her on her toes!
