Sarah is well versed in all aspects of corporate law having worked in London, Northwest England and Northern Ireland. Sarah is currently an Associate in our Commercial department, although still retains her practising certificate for England and Wales. She enjoys advising clients with business in several locations as well as those closer to home.
Sarah’s working day revolves around all aspects of company, commercial and charities law. She has extensive experience in all types of corporate transactional work including management buy-outs, management by-ins and M&As. Sarah has also assisted in advising on a number of the PFI/PPP Projects completed to date in Northern Ireland.
Sarah also assists Stephen Cross in heading up the firms Charities Unit and her charity clients whom she advises on matters ranging from borrowing to governance issues are both local and national.
Beyond work Sarah is Branch Officer of the North & West Belfast Branch of the National Autistic Society and a community volunteer at the Northern Ireland Hospice but, most of her spare time is taken up looking after her young children who delight in keeping her on her toes!
