Focusing on residential property and development work, Gillian has experience of large scale residential developments. She acts for developers and private clients in respect of disposals, acquisitions and options of development land and handles large numbers of unit sales within developments.
Gillian advises on all areas of residential property work on behalf of private clients, investors, educational establishments and charitable organisations. She also assists commercial clients with disposals and acquisitions of freehold and leasehold commercial properties and the negotiation of commercial leases.
Outside our Property Department, Gillian enjoys spending time with her family and is kept busy with her young son. She also makes time for keeping fit, travel, eating out and reading.
