Bronagh has a wide range of experience in the commercial property field and, in recognition of this, has recently become an Associate with us. She focuses on non-contentious property law and is qualified to practice in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
Bronagh acts for clients in the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold properties, looking after every aspect from title reviews to due diligence for major transactions and projects. Her CV also covers domestic property, commercial leases for Landlords and Tenants, estate management and work with lenders/financial institutions relating to mortgage portfolios.
