Michael has been recognised as a leader in his field when it comes to insolvency.

For over a decade, his specialist area has been commercial litigation and business restructuring/insolvency. In this time, he has built up a reputation for being highly approachable and for his ability to provide commercial and pragmatic advice – with many commendations from both clients and independent legal directories.

Combining accounting and legal qualifications, he has a wealth of experience in all aspects of receiverships, liquidations, bankruptcies and administrations, advising local and national insolvency practitioners, banks, directors and creditors. Michael also conducts a wide variety of financial services and insolvency-related litigation, acting on behalf of major clients, including life, pension and investment companies.
