A partner since 1998, Jennifer is a specialist in charity and technology law, as well as focusing on a wide range of day to day corporate transactions including corporate finance, commercial contracts, IT/IP projects and PFI. Her work includes mergers and acquisitions, disposals of companies & businesses, corporate governance advice, software licensing and supply of IT solutions contracts.
On the charities side she heads up the Charities Unit and establishes charitable companies, advises boards of charity trustees on duties and provides advice on funding agreements and on transfers of charitable undertakings and charity mergers and collaboration agreements. She is well versed in the new Charities Act for Northern Ireland.
Jennifer is highly regarded for her exceptional skills and experience as a commercial lawyer, carrying out even the most complex undertakings with a minimum of fuss.
In her limited spare time Jennifer enjoys golf and has made a hobby out of collecting logo golf balls from corporate golf days!
