Charles has built up considerable experience in dealing with Small Claims proceedings, County Court proceedings, High Court debt cases both contested and uncontested, registration of foreign judgments, registration of Northern Irish Judgments in other jurisdictions, Enforcement of Judgments, bankruptcy proceedings against individuals and winding-up proceedings against companies.
He is a major force in our Debt Recovery Unit which has been top tier rated by Chambers UK Guide to the Legal Profession each year from 2005 to 2008.
Charles must be the only person who has ever actually come to Northern Ireland for the weather. Amazingly it’s wetter in Wales, so he returned here to drier climes and a busy Debt Recovery caseload.
In any free time and weather permitting, Charles is a keen tennis player.
