For the past decade Mairead has been building up vast experience handling personal injury claims in the County Court and prosecutions for breach of bye-laws.
She is heavily involved in defence work for major insurance companies arising out of employer/public and motor claims and prosecution work for two local Councils. Her diverse liability caseload involves workplaces, manufacturers, Health & Safety legislation, dogs legislation, even litter and livestock.
Mairead knows that achieving the best result as quickly as possible is essential in such cases, and clients value her practical, innovative approach.
Away from work Mairead enjoys the finer things in life, good food, good wine and, weather permitting, a good walk in the mountains.
