Having taken a year out to travel the world in 2003 Kevin now turns his experience and expertise to our Property Department and commercial property in particular.

Kevin handles a diverse range of projects including advising on wind farm development, negotiating Option Agreements, Agreements for Lease, Leases and post completion work.

He also acts on behalf of charitable bodies on questions of title reviews and redevelopment of premises, as well as acquisition and leasing.  In addition, Kevin works with public bodies, handling multi-faceted transactions involving extensive title reviews and transfers of leasehold and freehold sites.

Now settled back in Northern Ireland Kevin takes a keen interest in soccer, Gaelic football and golf, music and movies.
