Kevin is a solicitor in our Property Department with expertise in commercial property. Kevin trained as an apprentice with Cleaver Fulton Rankin and joined the property team as a solicitor in 2007.

Kevin handles a diverse range of projects including acquisition, disposal and estate management matters and works in all aspects of commercial property specialising in commercial property acquisition and disposal work and commercial leasing.  Kevin has experience of drafting and negotiating, amongst others, Option Agreements, Agreements for Lease, Leases, Transfers, Conveyances for both Landlords and Tenants.

He also acts on behalf of charitable bodies on questions of title reviews and redevelopment of premises, as well as acquisition and leasing.  In addition, Kevin works with public bodies, handling multi-faceted transactions involving extensive title reviews and transfers of leasehold and freehold sites.

Kevin takes a keen interest in soccer, Gaelic football and golf, music and movies.
