Jeanette advises in Bankruptcies, Administrations, Liquidations, Voluntary Arrangements and Receiverships, acting on a daily basis in complex contentious and non-contentious matters on behalf of local Trustees, Supervisors, Administrators, Receivers and Liquidators since she joined the Insolvency team in 2005. Since joining the team her experience has increased dramatically being involved in advising Administrators in high profile cases such as Budget DIY and Reid Transport.
She also has an interest in commercial property transactions and has conducted a wide range of complex acquisition and disposal work for various types of clients. In most of her commercial property transactions, time is usually of the essence and Jeanette is well versed in finding solutions and working to tight deadlines.
When not working in the office Jeanette enjoys to spend as much time as possible visiting countries with hotter climates!
