Elaine looks after a wide range of property issues on behalf of her diverse clients. She specialises in commercial property and has particular experience in telecommunications.
Elaine has experience in dealing with acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant issues for clients on both a local and national level.
Elaine also advises her clients on the many legal issues which can arise in the daily management of property. This often involves her familiarising herself with client’s administrative and operational policies, allowing her to build strong relationships with key individuals and giving her an insight into how the client carries out business and how she can add to this.
Outside of work Elaine has a passion for shopping and loves to travel.
