Nemonie is well-versed in all aspects of non-contentious commercial property work.
Since becoming an associate in 2001, she has acted for institutional and charitable landlords of major city centre retail and office buildings, looking after a myriad of legal details. In addition Nemonie has assisted local and national tenant clients in the acquisition and disposal of retail stores and office facilities throughout Northern Ireland.
Nemonie also provides support in the property aspects of corporate or banking transactions. In recent years she has acted on behalf of a wind farm company in the acquisition of a portfolio of sites across Northern Ireland, and in advising on the property aspects of project finance.
Outside of work Nemonie enjoys pottering in the garden (weather permitting), and has recently completed a Certificate in Horticulture at Queen’s University Belfast.
