Energy and commitment are a powerful combination. Jonathan always aims to achieve a cost effective, commercially sensible resolution, particularly via alternative dispute resolution procedures. In other words, he makes things happen.
While general Commercial Litigation, disputes about Wills and Trusts and contentious Construction & Property matters are his key practice areas, he has also acted in several significant Intellectual Property disputes.
Jonathan is especially adept at handling high value class or group actions in property disputes. Cases have ranged from a multi-million pound action on behalf of 66 residents of Rossorry Quay to acting for private and public sector tenants of a landmark commercial building in a major service charge dispute.
When he's not working, Jonathan is passionate about travel and Glasgow Celtic.
