After practising in London and the south coast of England, Stephen returned to Belfast to advise a most diverse range of public and private sector clients, including local and international businesses and financial institutions, on key commercial transactions. 

These include major wind farms and energy projects, community based conservation and development projects and strategic investments in telecom and IT businesses, locally and UK-wide.

Stephen has built on his experience in acting for developers, generators and lenders on their funding of significant transactions and heads the firm’s Banking Unit

Stephen is qualified to practise in England and Wales as well as Northern Ireland which is a great asset to many of our clients who operate across several jurisdictions.
