Jim acts for landlord and tenants in retail, office and general commercial leases, managing the local portfolios of many leading companies and institutions.
He also works with councils, banks, schools, sporting bodies, churches, a radio station, call centres and a buildings preservation trust on their property requirements.
A graduate of the University of Exeter and partner since 1998, Jim is immersed in all aspects of property. Beyond work he is kept very busy with 4 young children and an active interest in golf and rugby.
