Three Cleaver Fulton Rankin partners will attend MIPIM, the world’s largest International Real Estate Event.

Property partners Kathryn Collie and Jim Houston and Environment and Planning partner Karen Blair will attend MIPIM, the world’s largest International Real Estate event which will celebrate its 19th anniversary at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France 11 -14 March 2008. 

Belfast has experienced massive change in the last few years.  There is a renewed energy and confidence in the city and this is evidenced through the large number of urban regeneration projects and commercial ventures.  Belfast has become very attractive to international property developers as a place to invest in and to do business. Cleaver Fulton Rankin have been involved in a significant number of these projects and attendance at MIPIM helps to keep the firm informed about the opportunities for inward investment and business development. 

The 2007 exhibition brought together over 26,200 participants from 83 countries including investors, developers, property advisors, architects, construction companies and local and regional authorities.
