Residential Development

We act on behalf of developers and private clients in respect of disposals, acquisitions and options of development land.

We deal with  large scale residential developments including preparation of contracts, leases, conveyances and transfers and we often handle large numbers of unit sales within developments.

Our work in this area includes:

  • Acting in the sale of the 475 apartments within the Abercorn Residential Development, Titanic Quarter.
  • Acting in the sale of the residential apartments in the Victoria Square Complex

Residential Property

We handle all aspects of non contentious residential, heritage property, historic buildings, listed properties and agricultural property work and have experience of all aspects of registered and unregistered conveyancing.

We offer our clients personal attention, breadth of service, contacts with accountants, brokers, estate agents, surveyors and other professionals and commitment to a quality service. The firm has considerable experience in heritage property and trusts (including buildings preservation trusts). We act for the Belfast Buildings Preservation Trust and the Irish Landmark Trust.

Clients include the Presbyterian Church in Ireland, Trinity Housing, Belfast Central Mission, the Governors of Methodist College Belfast, RNIB, a number of developers and many private clients.
