GDPR E-Learning Solution

The new GDPR legislation impacts on all organisations that handle personal data of UK and EU individuals be they clients, employees or suppliers. GDPR has a global impact with organisations from Silicon Valley to Australia, including those with no physical presence in the EU, having to ensure full legal compliance. We can offer you a convenient and inexpensive E-Learning GDPR solution for your organisation. For all employees who handle personal data, GDPR requires all Data Controllers and Data Processors to train all such staff on GDPR, and to retain clear records that such training has taken place.

This link contains a taster of what the E-Learning tool looks like http://courses.logicearth.com/gdprlocked/index.html  The first module is unlocked for you to view.  The GDPR course is designed to be simple and accessible and can be viewed on desktop or mobile devices when convenient. Our E-Learning resource is a user friendly, expedient and low cost training solution for your workforce. We can also deliver practical workshop training to senior managers including Data Protection Officers and those who will have significant involvement in handling personal data.

We are also currently conducting Data Protection Audits and Privacy Impact Assessments as well as advising on Data Sharing Agreements and Privacy Notices on behalf of a number of clients and we can provide these GDPR services to your organisation if required. The ICO and other national regulators in the EU can impose fines of up to €20million or 4% of annual turnover (whichever is the larger amount!) for non-compliance of the various Data Protection legal requirements.
