Should you take a leap on to the Property Ladder?

January 21, 2016

Let the Statistics speak for themselves.

With faith being restored in the Property market the Office for National Statistics shows that House Prices in Northern Ireland have increased by 4.6% over the year to November 2015, with the average to reach £158,000.00. What’s more is the property prices remain below the pre-recession records back in 2007. With the current statistics showing a positive increase, Howard Archer, chief UK and European Economist for HIS Global Insight  said that the ONS figures ‘reinforce our belief that house prices will see solid increases over the coming months’. This is good news for home owners and first time buyers alike. First time buyers can make a solid investment in their new home and sellers can be sure that there is the positive demand and the potential to make profit through their sale.
