Cleaver Fulton Rankin paves talent pipeline by appointing new traineesOctober 18, 2018
Cleaver Fulton Rankin is paving its talent pipeline by welcoming four new trainees to complete a two year training programme with the firm. The firm’s Solicitor Trainee Programme provides the opportunity for trainees to spend a period of 6 months each in four different departments.
Trainees are exposed to some of the most challenging and interesting commercial legal work and are provided with the opportunity to handle cases, meet clients and carry out many of the responsibilities of a solicitor.
Cleaver Fulton Rankin teams are committed to continued professional development, ensuring we remain proactive, up to date with emerging case law, and can essentially pass on best practice, advice and support to the new intake of trainees.
Aaron Moore, Training and Development Director said, “During our 125th year in business and recognition as The Legal 500 Northern Ireland Law Firm of the Year 2018, this is an exciting time for our new trainees to join the firm.”
“Training is not just important to Cleaver Fulton Rankin, it is vital. For our firm to continue to grow at the same level it is today, we know that investing time into our training programme is important. ”
“The exposure to learning whilst working alongside our experienced professionals ensures that our trainees develop the knowledge and skills to become great lawyers. I look forward to working alongside our new talented trainees in the future.”
