Cleaver Fulton Rankin Directors achieve Adjudicator AccreditationsSeptember 26, 2018
As advocates of alternative dispute resolution, Cleaver Fulton Rankin Director and Head of Dispute Resolution and Construction, Patrick Fleming and Director Aaron Moore, have been awarded a Diploma in Adjudication, highlighting further why Cleaver Fulton Rankin is The Legal 500 Northern Ireland Law Firm of the Year 2018.
Both Patrick and Aaron recently completed their training with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and have obtained a Diploma in Adjudication in the Construction Industry, giving them a market leading qualification which many of their competitors do not hold.
With an already market leading knowledge and position acting for clients in adjudication, both Patrick and Aaron have furthered this knowledge and can now act as adjudicators in any future disputes.
In addition, Aaron is also an accredited Mediator, as are many members of the Dispute Resolution team. The team is therefore well equipped to provide a full suite of dispute resolution advises for any dispute.
