Aisling Byrne – Associate Director in the Employment Department at Cleaver Fulton Rankin
There’s an art to Employment Law and Aisling has mastered it. Aisling studied Art and Design before moving on to Law at Trinity College Dublin, where she discovered her talent for employment issues. She still takes a creative approach to her work, which can make all the difference when it comes to untangling complex cases or finding new ways to resolve problems. Aisling regularly presents seminars to clients on issues ranging from dismissals to TUPE and contributes articles and cartoons to Legal Island. Aisling also lectures on the Computing degree course and on the MSC course in Digital Media Communication at the University of Ulster.
Tom Penman – Partner, Tax, Baker Tilly Mooney Moore
Tom is a Tax Partner in Baker Tilly Mooney Moore. He specialises in complex tax planning, structuring groups of companies, international tax, providing tax efficient succession and inheritance tax planning and deals with all aspects of income tax and capital gains tax. He has worked for a wide range of personal tax clients as well as companies.
Tom was previously a senior Inspector with HMRC dealing with complex technical and investigation work as well as being in charge of a major city office.
Michael King – Director, Dispute resolution, Cleaver Fulton Rankin
Michael’s particular area of expertise is contentious intellectual property law to include disputes involving trademarks, design right patents, copyright, branding, passing off, social media and internet/domain name disputes (“cybersquatting”). He received a Postgraduate Diploma in Commercial Intellectual Property Law (Dip CIP) from Nottingham Trent University in 2009 and in December 2015 Michael was awarded a Practitioner Certificate in Data Protection from PDP.

Loraa has grown the company rapidly over the last few years with all marketing in house, by maximising social media and video marketing.
