Cleaver Fulton Rankin & ShredBank Learn at Lunch: Data Protection Update

Leading Belfast law firm Cleaver Fulton Rankin has teamed up with on-site document shredding company, ShredBank to offer a lunchtime seminar on the latest developments in Data Protection.

The seminar will be led by Michael King from Cleaver Fulton Rankin and Philip Bain from ShredBank, and will outline key recent key changes to Data Protection Law, including a guide to the right to claim solely for distress as a result of a breach; changes to the law of forced access requests; and data protection and social media, using recent case law in Northern Ireland as an illustration.
