Current & former trainees promote Cleaver Fulton Rankin’s trainee programme in new online videoSeptember 5, 2014
Developing talent is a core value of Cleaver Fulton Rankin. People are the backbone of our firm and the service we provide to our clients. We invest in a broad range of development opportunities specifically ourSolicitor Trainee Programme which has recently been endorsed in a video message by our current trainee intake and former trainees who today are the firm’s leading Solicitors and Directors.
Cleaver Fulton Rankin presently have 7 Trainees and with 3 due to qualify we hope to take on a further 4 this year.
From day one trainees are exposed to some of the most challenging and interesting commercial legal work and given the opportunity to handle cases, see clients and carry out many of the responsibilities of a solicitor. This fantastic exposure to learning whilst working alongside experienced professionals ensures that our trainees develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours to become great lawyers.
During the programme each trainee is provided with the opportunity to spend a period of 6 months in each of four different department seats. As training progresses and through regular reviews our trainees begin to identify their own personal career path within the company and are encouraged to challenge themselves to develop a reputation as a specialist in their chosen area of law.
However please don’t just take our word for it, hear from our current and former trainees by clicking here to watch a short video.
