Cleaver Fulton Rankin is delighted to announce that our new ground floor premises have been Highly Commended in the Commercial Category at the RICS NI (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) at their prestigious awards ceremony held at the Culloden Estate & Spa in Belfast.

The RICS Awards are recognised as the top building awards in Northern Ireland and a fantastic selection of local landmarks and buildings were in contention for the various awards, including the Crumlin Road Gaol and The Bakery, Belfast. Cleaver Fulton Rankin’s new Bedford Street premises have enhanced the streetscape of the Linen Conservation Area and the working environment of such a prominent location.

Jonathan Forrester, Director, who was in attendance at the awards commented, “Cleaver Fulton Rankin is honoured to be highly commended in Commercial Category at this prestigious event. Our new offices are a statement of intent, and it is important for us to have top quality premises to accompany the high level of work that we do. The firm now employs almost 100 staff, so the premises bring fantastic benefits internally, as well as externally.”

The expansion of our ground floor features a new reception, new meeting rooms and a business centre for the use of the firm’s clients.  To take a video tour of our new ground floor premises please click here.
