Cleaver Fulton Rankin is delighted to be re-appointed as legal advisor to Northern Ireland Science Park following the successful outcome of a commercial tender process.

Cleaver Fulton Rankin is delighted to be re-appointed as legal advisor to Northern Ireland Science Park following the successful outcome of a commercial tender process.

The appointment covers the next three years and encompasses all aspects of Northern Ireland Science Park’s legal requirements including commercial property, corporate law, employment and charity law.  Commenting on the appointment Philip MaguireDirector of Finance for Northern Ireland Science Park said:

“Cleaver Fulton Rankin delivered an impressive bid and we were delighted that they were successful.  We have had a close and productive working relationship with the firm since the beginnings of the Science Park in 1999. They have contributed to our growth from a single portacabin to the state of the art facilities which are in place today and we look forward to continuing to work with them as we enter the next challenging phase of development.”

Northern Ireland Science Park exists to provide a focal point around which persons and companies both local and from further afield can establish technology businesses within as collaborative and entrepreneurial an environment as is possible with the ultimate goal being to create a world class technology infrastructure in Northern Ireland.  Northern Ireland Science Park’s success in achieving this goal depends both on the physical infrastructure which it can provide and the collaborative support infrastructure which it can encourage to develop around its tenant companies and participants in its CONNECT Programme and Halo its business angel network.
