Cleaver Fulton Rankin makes three new appointments

New appointments at leading law firm Cleaver Fulton Rankin.

Jonathan Forrester has been appointed as Partner, Litigation, joining the existing 4 strong partner team reflecting the growing strength and depth of this department.  Jonathan has a wealth of experience in commercial litigation and is also well known for his work in intellectual property disputes.   Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession 2008 comments, Jonathan Forrester, “he is “keen to get involved and make it happen – ‘energy’ is the word with him.”

Jeanette Donohoe is promoted to Associate in Litigation.  She advises in bankruptcies, administrations, liquidations, voluntary arrangements and receiverships, acting on a daily basis in both complex contentious and non-contentious matters. She also has an interest in commercial property transactions and has conducted a wide range of complex acquisition and disposal work for various types of clients.

Sarah Burrows joins the firm as Associate Solicitor to add further expertise to the Company Commercial department.  Sarah is well versed in all aspects of company and commercial law. She has extensive experience in all types of corporate transactional work including management buy-outs, management by-ins and M&As.  Sarah has also assisted in advising on a number of the PFI/PPP Projects completed to date in Northern Ireland.
